My best tips for getting through the holidays while going through Infertility
I know it may not seem like the holidays were ever hard for me but, I promise you it wasn’t always this way. Not only are you in a season of Infertility but also in a season that promotes jolly, happy, present giving family holiday card receiving. Not a good mixture when you are on a roller coaster of hormones, hope and sometimes disappointment.
Find your Tribe!
Going through the infertility journey is hard – very hard and surrounding yourself with the right kind of people is essential! There may be times that you want to pull away and a true friend will understand this and give you the space you need. It is perfectly normal to feel sad when your BFF gets pregnant after her first try while you have been trying for so much longer. A true loving and supportive friend will understand.
